Having looked for an exit strategy to hand over Becker to a pair of “safe hands,” we had engaged with a number of interested parties.  I had met Jon several times over the months preceding the acquisition and did not feel pressurised into the sale as TGM Partners were flexible in terms of timing and structure of the deal.
